Quick recipes, as the title promises, but quality is sacrificed for speed too often. The recipes regularly call for instant products, which is acceptable for gnocchi but not for ready-made canned chili con carne. There is not much imagination in these recipes.

Solid recipe collection. Nothing challenging or exotic; it's all simple and looks familiar. The use of spices is very reluctant and most of the time does not go beyond salt and pepper.
