In this third edition, we have expanded the palpation information, improved the descriptions of muscle attchmnets, and revised some of the illustrations. The purpose of these revisions is to continue the tradition established with the first edition: to bring to the anatomy student a simplified but comprehensive illsutrated manual on musculoskeletal anatomy.

This book provides clear, concise information on musculoskeletal anatomy for persons seeking a review reference as well as the beginning anatomy student. Many essentials are sometimes difficult to abstract. We created this manual to indicate the basic anatomical information which we wanted the student therapist and health professional to learn about musculoskeketal anatomy.
