I first encountered this book and information about the Findhorn Foundation in the early 1990s while living in a shared housing /intentional community situation. One of the things we loved was cooking together; years later I had to search out this book, if just for the baked veggies in a pastry braid recipe.
Findhorn is that Scottish commune that get tremendous results in their biointensive organic gardens, from talking with their plants. Wonderful folk, I want to visit there some day. http://www.findhorn.org/… (meer)
