Chloe Chan and Aliena Shoemaker

A decent urban fantasy noir. The artistically-rough art style works well for the genre, emphasising shades and impressions, while still being pretty clear to the eye. The story intrigues me so far, though there are a number of unanswered setting questions - not least, why do magic people apparently have no rights? Given they're a potential asset to the government, and also magic tends to be a useful bargaining chip... ah well, it's a setting assumption. Interested to see where this goes.
