HOW can someone bash a book in a review for trying and not liking ONE recipe bless your heart ? Opinions are like you know whats and here's mine!
These folks have yet another cookbook hit on their hands. I am quite capable of doing the basics, other than that i need desperate help... THESE recipes are so simple and best of all, pictures are included. I am also kinda new-ish to the south and still find so many foods baffling here. But Simmons and Whitaker have simplified, and made these recipes alluring....smell-o-vision would have had me drooling..... My favorite part is that they include statewide festival info!

I was going to gift this book, but decided to keep it and savor these words for myself.… (meer)
