This 92 page book is an absolutely marvelous find for those wanting to get more authentic with themselves. It is short, but oh so very sweet as it gets right in there with quick and concise information and exercises to help us pinpoint the negative messages we give ourselves and has so many tried and true ways to get connected with your authentic self. There were also some helpful graphs that made things crystal clear.
I have believed for a long time that self talk has always been something to pay attention to because what I tell myself over and over again is what I am going to believe, and it was so reaffirming to hear a lot of what I already knew written in the pages of this enlightened read. I believe the author has done a real stellar job at showing us how to reclaim our personal power and I would recommend it to anyone seriously looking for a way out of negativity. Thanks Miriam, the whole world should read your message.

This 194 page spirit based self-help guide was definitely wisdom personified. My soul just drank up every word and I was left feeling happier about my self, and clearer where I stand on my spiritual path. There were so many apt descriptions and great exercises that helped me to hone in on the glorious, gentle and majestic creature of Light I really am.
I was totally impressed with the format and the style of this writer as she took me faithfully step by step through my maze of misunderstanding to the spectacular light of truth and freedom eagerly awaiting me on the other side. I feel spiritual seekers at any level of their development would benefit from the stories, analogies, tips, quotes, and beautifully expressed nuggets of wisdom found throughout this enlightening read. This one has found it's way happily and easily right into my spiritual toolbox. Thanks Miriam, this book holds lessons we can all learn from.
