Drigung Kyopa Jigten Sumgon

I found this gem on the shelf of a used bookstore. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found it. Translated into English by Khenpo Konchok Temphel at the request of his guru, the First Edition of 500 copies was published in 2004 and the Second Edition of 3,000 copies in 2006. The book includes the Tibetan text as well as the English translation. It is currently out of print.

As stated in the Foreword, this small gem is an "amalgamation of the whole gamut of essential pith instructions from the sitting and tantric teachings of the Buddha." Specifically, it contains the pith instructions of the Co-Emergent Unification, Mahamudra, the most profound dharma of the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.… (meer)
