This book is appalling. It's riddled with copyediting errors and awkward phrasing, and some of the information it contains is simply wrong. The author knows a little bit about a great range of content, but presents that content so superficially and broadly (and in some cases erroneously) that the text is more harmful than helpful. I would not use this book with novice writers; in fact, I would discourage anyone from consulting this book.
