This was thoroughly enjoyable. I felt like I was in the midst of a strange "stay up until the wee hours" conversation with a friend. Oh, Corey you have a very strange mind!
Love Corey Taylor - He's so funny AND this book is so relevant right now
I didn't really know who Corey Taylor was before I read this, and am not a fan of Slipknot, so I came to this with fresh eyes and no presumptions. It is a fascinating and intriguing account of Taylor's first-hand experience of paranormal activity, and is a down-to-earth, unpretentious, slightly freaked out memoir that suggests (at least) that Taylor is not making this up. I suppose there will be sceptics who will argue that there are good reasons why a musical celebrity might want to foster attention and controversy, but to me at least it didn't read that way.
Which I guess leaves three options: delusion, misconstrual, and fact. It's possibly these are waking dreams or delusions, and I suppose it's possible (though unlikely, given their nature) that Taylor is misinterpreting some rare natural phenomena. I'll leave you to decide. An enjoyable, fascinating and freaky read.

A book full of rants, some had me laughing but a change of pace book for me none the less. It's almost like Corey can bitch about everything that pisses him off, but I'm sure he pulls things that people can't stand either.
Either case, it was a good book, not what I was expecting but then again I didn't read his first two books. ROCK ON!
