One of my favorite cookbooks. So many recipes to choose from and a photo for each to make them even more enticing. Everything from quick and easy dishes to more time consuming ones. So far everything has been delicious. Love this book!

An instant favorite in our kitchen. Simple recipes –sometimes ruthlessly authentic, other times inventive– so far all have been delicious. Some we'd even call favorites. Lots of kid-friendly meals, lots of quick and easy meals, lots of more elaborate, elegant preparations. Lots of everything, really.

Fantastic book - lots of variety, each recipe has nutritional information as well as guides numbers of servings and how long it will probably take to make. And every recipe is illustrated. A bit of a family bible in our kitchen

We purchased this book after the initial weight gain when we went vegetarian. It's comprehensive, the recipes are simple, and it provides lots of ideas to get you started.
