Simple to follow instructions. Great for the beginner. Clearly states that it is illegal under English law to sell homemade wine or beer, whether privately or to the public. I wasn't aware of that fact! Contains nearly 80 recipes for making home made wines, meads, ciders and beers, using the wide range of different fruits and vegetables available during the year.
