Kathleen Tuttle is a native Californian who obtained her undergraduate degree from U.C. Santa Barbara. After graduation from U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, she spent several years in legal and policy positions in Washington, D.C. A decade ago, she moved to an old house in the Pasadena toon meer area and became fascinated by the region's historical and architectural riches. She is a lawyer with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office where she prosecutes white-collar crime. Her writing has appeared in Newsweek, the Los Angeles Times, and the San Francisco Examine toon minder
