Frank Viscuso is a deputy chief, keynote speaker, and author of six books, including the bestselling fire service leadership book Step Up and Lead. Frank has been on winning teams his entire life, from his high school hall-of-fame crew team that broke the course record in the national qualifying toon meer heat, to a top-producing sales team he developed from the ground up, to a team of firefighters who received a unit citation for their actions at a rescue.
