The idea behind this book is to look up in the index what you have left over and you will then find recipes to use it up, thus minimising food waste. Given recent statistics on the amount of food discarded each week, this can only be a good thing. I've not made using this book a habit but have, on occasion, found ideas. Probably the guidance would be as a useful book to pick up if you see it in a second-hand shop or sale but not one to put the full Amazon and Abebooks mechanisms in place to track it down.… (meer)
