This is valuable book on several levels. First, as already noted, it helps dispel myths about brainstorming while showing you the correct way to accomplish it. Second, even without the brainstorming concepts, it helps show how to encourage creativity for yourself and your team. And finally, it delivers a positive message about how people should be supported – not just regarding creativity, but in all aspects.
