Old Time Recipes for Home Made Wines, Cordials and… door Helen S. Wright
Originally published 1909, I'd say several of these recipes are 200 years old (or older) by now, since they were family recipes handed down through the generations! It takes a little research initially to figure out some of the ingredients and measures, but so far every recipe has been easy and terrific! This is one of my favorite books.
