In order to meet the demands of the broad masses of tai chi chuan enthusiasts, increase the interest in the exercises and help the practisers to become familiar with the law of the movements of tai chi chuan and have a good grasp of the features of attack and defence in tai chi chuan, this series of the bandying exercises of tai chi chuan is compiled. The movements of this series are reasonable in attack and defense compact in composition and natural in trends, so they have strength and grace complement each other and one posture following another continously.
