I'm starting a 100-book challenge in 2012. The challenge for me won't be reading them (I do that anyway), but recording my progress with a short review of each on my blog, http://MLISunderstanding.blogspot.com. Please send me your recommendations! I'll be checking out everything (that doesn't wander into my house or office secondhand) at the library. Oh, yeah -- that's another challenge: returning them on time.

I'm a library student who loves engaging fiction! Midlife crisis revenge novels, YA fantasy, tearjerkers, humor, gripping horror stories, and generally what my best friend and I call "brain popcorn" are all great for reading on the train. Sometimes I'll pick up non-fiction (self-help, personal finance, social issues) as well.
