Kimberly Kay Moreland, started blogging many years ago to share about her family life, traveling, and technology to help parents protect their children with online safety tips. Today she writes about many things but humor writing is her cup of tea.

She was inspired to begin writing this book when her oldest daughter was nearing the age of adulthood. Kimberly wanted to give both of her daughters something tangible to reference whenever they have questions. She often tells her daughters she wished she had some sort of guide when she became an independent adult.

Kimberly is also a dog lover and has two dogs of her own; a Chihuahua & a Doberman. Often she talks about her love of dogs. She has owned dogs since she was a young child and insists they are a part of her family.

Her travels have taken her too many places that have impacted her life in a positive way. She has lived from the East Coast to the West Coast and traveled outside the country but nothing compares to the comfort of home and family.
