Over mijn bibliotheek
A bit of everything, I think it represents my interests -- spirituality, business, decorating, chick lit, contemporary fiction, poetry, beauty, photography, travel, humor, cooking, history, fashion, mystery/suspense.
Over mij
I have always loved to read. Growing up, my mom would often tell me, "What are you doing inside reading? It's a nice day! Go outside and play!" So I would take my book and go outside and read. In high school and college, I worked in the library. I chose English and German as my majors because I love to read and I love words and language. I spent 14 years in the publishing industry. Although I've switched industries, I'm still passionate about reading and sharing the reading experience. I volunteer for a literacy organization and belong to a book group.

"One of the greatest feelings in life is the conviction that you have lived the life you wanted to live -- with the rough and the smooth, the good and the bad -- but yours, shaped by your own choices, and not someone else's." -- Michael Ignatieff
