In my younger years, I went through a long Agatha Christie mystery phase and WWII spy novel phase. These days I stick mostly to contemporary women's fiction, from romance to chick lit to mommy lit to women's fic, you name it. I do love all sorts of humorous fiction, especially satire when I can find it. Haven't been reading as much non-fic as I'd like - unless it's a book about writing or publishing!

Hi, I'm Karen Tomsovic. I write romance and contemporary women's fiction. My books include Season of '72, Spare Me the Drama, and the City Lights New York Series. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my two pet parrots, Teddy and Daisy. Daisy loves to devour books, too, although when she does it, it's in the sense of nibbling the actual pages. Teddy is a great muse. He says I should have a bird in every book. I tell him I'll try.
