I've always enjoyed reading and used to win all those "reading contests" in elementary school! (Boy that was a long time ago)I am so excited to enter the books I have read and am reading. I really like southern fiction, Christian fiction, american contemporary fiction. I am not a big fan of self help type books. I read for enjoyment and relaxation... Once I've found an author I like, I read everything they've written that I can get my hands on. My book clubs and the early reviewers have been a great source of introducing me to books I might not otherwise have chosen. What a nice blessing!
Over mij
Reading is a very important part of who I am. I enjoy reading for pleasure and relaxation. My hubby reads too which I love because we can then compare what we've read and we enjoy long conversations over coffee about books. We have four beautiful children, two twin grown boys, and two babies just 7 months apart through the miracle of adoption. We are also foster parents. Relationships are something I value very much, so friends and family are important to me. We like to read together, play games, and cook/bake. I work for myself and one of the nice "escapes" comes from diving into a good book.
