I've added books to my catalogue using the ISBN, which I hope offers an accurate reprsentation of each book on my bricks-and-mortar shelves. After all, edition matters! In some cases it wasn't possible to reflect the true edition. My circa 1973 copy of Morley Callaghan's 'That Summer in Paris,' (picked up at the Kimberly Public Library Rummage sale) has been upgraded to a more modern copy as have a few others. The archivist in me hates that, but you understand.
