Who's Rebelling this year?

... Because I think I'm going full-out Rebel for the first time.

I just can't do TWO 50k novels in the span of 4 months, and it was stupid of me to think I can (I tend to get mega-stressed during NaNo anyway... competition always does that to me). I did August Camp NaNo, and won, and I actually really like the novel I got out of it. So I'm thinking of using real-NaNo this year to finish that story (I know it has at *least* 40k more to be written...).

Anyone else doing the Rebel-thing this year?

Hey, Heather! Nice to see you back again. I know what you mean about stressed ~ just thinking about NaNo puts butterflies in my stomach. I'm not going to rebel this year. I thought about it, and might have if I wasn't able to think of a story idea. But I did, so all is good.

I'm doing non-fiction this year! Or at least I'm attempting non-fiction. I'm kind of hoping I'll get distracted a few days in and end up with a novel instead, which is the opposite of what usually happens. :D

I have my premise and my characters and even a title but I don't have a plot yet for the novel I plan to write for nanowrimo so I've got to take a moment to think and get one quick.

.... Have I mentioned lately that I hate my muse?

Apparently my muse doesn't want to continue the Camp NaNo story. Instead, it's throwing multiple plotbunnies at me about my Danielle-story, which I started randomly back in January. And I bare-bones outlined the scenes in my head, and it's definitely a good chunk of words. So I'll still be Rebelling, just... with a different novel. *rolls eyes at muse*

I rebelled this year by not starting until after my exams were done. That means my 50k started on november 26th this year...

This is going to be a painful year...
