Just thought I'd let y'all know that the Friends of the Bellaire Library is having one of it's book sales next Saturday on March 24th. http://www.friendsofthebellairelibrary.org/book_sales.htm I don't think I'll be able to go this time :-( but I've been in the past, and while's it's nowhere near the size of the Houston Public Library sale, it's free, and what you do find is very cheap.

I should make a clarification. The HPL sale is free, too, but not on the first day. I've received some communications from them that this year the price of membership (which gets you into the first day of the sale) will be going up right before the sale, but I don't know by how much. It's currently $20.
