G'day,

My daughter has put together a book of some of her best artwork for her Grandmother's birthday and I had a few extra copies printed along with it. One has been given to a teacher who has encouraged and supported Annie with her art, one is being sent to a friend and one is for us to keep.

At her request, a fifth copy was printed for the sole purpose of being BookCrossed. Therefore, I am putting together a bookring for anyone who is interested in viewing this book. Unbeknownst to Annie, however, I will be including a small notebook for people to leave encouraging comments about her art.

Because of the notebook, it is important that this book makes it's way back to us eventually. By signing up for the ring, you agreeing to pass this book on to the next person in a timely manner - I reckon a maximum of four weeks should be enough as it is only a short book.

Once the book makes its way back to us, it will be released into the wild and the notebook will be given to Annie in order to encourage her to develop her talent.

For those who are interested, the journal entry for the book is:

and the sign up thread is:

Unfortunately, due to postage costs, this is an Australia Only bookring and, since I really need the book to return to us (I don't want my daughter to be disappointed), I am limiting it to people who have been a member for at least 2 months and who have released at least 1 book.

If you want to participate, simply post to the sign up thread and I will add your name to the list. I will be taking names until the end of September, at which point I will post the book to the first person on the list.

Thanks,
