I apologize for having neglected this forum the past month. The good news is that I had been given a new role at work, which I'm very happy about. The bad news is that I've been so busy with the transition that it's not left much time for reading and book-related activities. Fortunately, life is getting back to normal (or whatever "normal" means in these unusual times) and I am looking forward to a relaxing long weekend.

As for my April plans ... my biggest priority is finishing and moving along two BC books, one late one from the Favourite Book of 2019 roundabout and another from the 2020 roundabout.

>2 mathgirl40: I was thinking today that I couldn't remember posting my March goals here but now I see that no-one did, not even our intrepid leader. Congratulations on the new work role. I always found I was nervous about taking on new responsibilities before they happened but once I was in them it was great to be challenged.

I really hope to get two books off the TBR list in April including one ABC book. And, as usual, I have a ton of library books to get through.

I achieved my modest April goal of finishing my two roundabout books, so I'm all caught up with ABC books again!

I also managed to complete my April goal by reading two books from the TBR list and I also read 6 library books and finished 1 book from the 1001 Books to read Before You Die list.

>5 gypsysmom: That's a pretty good achievement! I hope your May is just as successful.
