Covers associated with wrong book

I was changing the cover of this book

when I noticed there are some wrong covers for it. They are for another volume in the Le Guin LOA series. However, when I tried flagging them, I got the message "Flagged as inapplicable to Hainish Novels and Stories Vol. 1" which is indeed the book those covers are for. They just shouldn't appear on the Annals of the Western Shore (LOA #335) covers page. This book is also listed as part of "Series: Hainish Cycle (Omnibus 1-4, 6, stories)" which isn't right. I have seen this happen with a couple of other books in the past (wrong cover for the book, but right cover when flagged) but I don't know how to fix it?
