Thin pickings. Did ER offer lists used to be longer? Have publishers dropped out?

>2 susanbooks: I'm not actually sure what happened this month. It's certainly the shortest list we've had, since I started.

Short Vigorous Roots looks interesting to me. I tend to like anthologies in general, and the theme of this one caught my attention. I tried to use the publisher link and it didn't work for me (said I was blocked).

>4 GwenH: Here is the publisher's website: https://ooligan.pdx.edu/. Not sure what happened with that link, but I have fixed it.

>3 AbigailAdams26: There had been quite a few books being delayed due to problems with printers, distribution chains and so on - so titles further down the road were rescheduled by a few months. I wonder if that has something to do with the lower numbers this month...

>6 AnnieMod: Yes, it occurred to me, after posting the above, that this might be a factor. I know that there are massive paper shortages, delays at prints, and so on. If it's effecting the publication date of books, I imagine it also means that advanced reader's copies are in short supply.

>7 GwenH: My pleasure!

Well, I reviewed and loved book 1 of The Clockwork Crow, so keeping my fingers crossed for The Velvet Fox!

Sarah Sundin is one of my favorite authors, so I was thrilled to see her new one on the list. Here's hoping!

That makes sense. My local indy bookstore sent me an email advising people to shop in October for the holidays bc of paper & printing shortages.

Seems a reasonably average list of ebooks for the UK. And Pleasingly many more #1 in series cf later entrants, especially compared to the last few months.
