Any thoughts on the Hospitallers? They seem to do a lot of charitable work. Do you think they are a force for the good or bad?

They have been around for a long time transforming themselves from warriors into a charitable organization. Any group helping others is a force for good. I do not know that much about them.

I think the Hospitallers are a group of people who do good charitable work. They are the world’s oldest surviving chivalric order headquartered in Rome. They also possess the largest, most extensive collection of Mussolini’s writings and personal belongings in the world.

I’ve been doing some reading about them. They certainly seemed to have transformed themself into a strong, charitable organization. No idea if there truly is a ‘dark side’ to them.

Interesting to note that starting today is their annual International Conference in Krakow https://www.orderofmalta.int/news/30th-international-hospitaller-conference-kick...

>4 bluebird_: That is so cool.

I think they are are charity organization, but I'm not assuming Pollux Gallo is one of the charitable ones.

>4 bluebird_: Thanks for the link.

Clear evidence that they do much that is good and have throughout history helping many who suffer horrific injuries in war. However like with all such secret organisations it feels as if there could be another more secretive and possibly dangerous arm.

They appear noble.

I think they are a force for good in the world, based on a military and religious hierarchy.
