Great list so far. :) I especially love your ticker. I hope you don't mind, but I think I'm going to do that for mine too. Or maybe put it on my profile page. I haven't decided yet.

Not at all. Tickers for all. :). I am also on the 75 book challenge and saw someones post that had one, that's how I came across them. I will also be adding it to my profile page (when I get the time). They don't have a ticker to keep track of books, so the one i'm using is the savings ticker.

Someone else also had a ticker to count all the pages they read, I don't think i'll go that far. I may just put the date each book was started and finished.

Small world: I'm doing the 75 book challenge, too. Yeah, counting pages is a little overboard, imo; but I keep track of when I started and finished each book as well. Good luck with both challenges! :)

I love the ticker idea! I was trying to figure out how I'm going to show when a book is read versus just being on my list.

#5: If you want, you could cross out the title. That's what I do anyway. If you're not sure how, you do the following (minus the extra spaces before and after the word strike):

Title of Book

I hope that makes sense. :)

Thanks for the tip, I was wondering how people did that!

After going thorugh my library, I would say 80% is vampires. Everytime I go to the used book store I come back with more vampire books. I seem to be a bit one tracked lately. Even the pre-orders I have set up thorugh the book club are almost all vampires. So I am no longer holding to the just 9 books in the vampire cat. But I do hope to get atleast 5 in each of the other cats. And hopefully things will settle down so I can spend a little more time reading. In the past few weeks I have only been able to find 3 -5 days that I was able to actually sit down and read something.

Well I am finishing up one last book for 2009. So that will put me at 44 for the year. For 2010 I am shooting for 50 books. Hopefully life will be a little nicer and let me read a bit more in 2010. Although I highly doubt it.
