For me it is John Buscema's Silver Surfer #4... Other's would be Iron Man #1,
Captain America #113 (Steranko), Cap America Annual #8 (Zeck), and House of Secrets #92 (Wrightson).... just to name a very few.... The rest is up to you!

Pick up a copy of Wizard #127 (April 2002) For a pretty decent and debatable list of the "Top 100 Covers of all Time"...

I going to stick to old school
Pound for pound, I think Neal Adams did some of the most memorable comic covers of all time. Here is a very personal, and non representative stash of some favorites:

Strange Adventures #218

I'm not sure if I have a favorite and in any case it would change all the time as I revisit the covers. I'm very partial to covers showing lots of action rather than a pose (but it's hard to get away from those too as some are very good). The most memorable covers for me are those by my favorite artists growing up - Smith, Wood, Wrightson, Adams, etc. I've since discovered many Golden Age books that I think are quite beautiful like those done by Raboy and Kirby (for opposite reasons really).

Here are just a few covers that made a particularly big impression on me when I first saw them (I still remember where I was when I saw a couple of these).
Now that I look at them...it seems I had a thing for covers with big full-figure drawings of superheroes.

Green Lantern Green Arrow #87

I forgot about that Havok cover-that's a good one!

Some of these were the first time I'd ever seen the artist's work.
The Swamp Think reprint cover was the first Wrightson art I ever saw and Micronauts 12 was the first time I became aware of Michael Golden (though I must not have been paying attention, because I already had Micronauts #1 which, since it was inked by Rubenstein, probably had better interior art.)

I always liked Wrightson's interiors on the Swamp Thing books better than the covers (except for maybe #9 and #10), but here's a cover by Nestor Redondo on issue #12 that I think is enormous:

I agree about Nowlan...I was going to add this one...but then I kept finding more and more...and there was no way to choose

That is truly a great cover! Redondo was one of the best! Almost reminds me of Williamson
