Did I miss an entry here for perhaps one of the greatest, most acclaimed writers of any time? How about his Rabbit series - Pulitzer Prize winning I recall? For those who'd like to have a little bit of John, if I may offer a slightly gratuitous nod to the man who's work should be on this list?
Rather than mourn him, Flatmancrooked has decided to celebrate the life and work of John Updike by releasing, in limited edition, a totally rocking, American Apparel, organic v-neck, Marisa Reisel-designed, hand-silkscreened t-shirt depicting Mr. Updike as a young man.
