So, I've been grooving to the soundtracks, all of which seem excellent. They have introduced me to several groups that I was not familiar with, particularly, Florence and the Machine on the Eclipse soundtrack. Robert Patinson's song on the first Twilight soundtrack was surprisingly good. Opinions?

They're some of the best movie soundtracks around. I love so many of the bands on there. I've loved Florence and the Machine for a while and I was SO happy when I heard they were going to have a song on the soundtrack. Same with Vampire Weekend and Sia. I also love that Lisa Mitchell had a song on the Australian version of the soundtrack.
My favourite songs on the New Moon soundtrack are Shooting the Moon by Ok Go and The Violet Hour. I also love Ok Go.
So yes, I agree with you when you say they're good soundtracks. Yes, yes they are.
