Official BookCrossing Zone (OBCZ)

This is a wonderful cafe in the heart of a diverse and busy high street in Birmingham. They serve wonderful fresh, and organic food, and have an a la carte menu which is very tempting indeed. In the courtyard outside you can buy plants and garden ornaments.

The Birmingham bookcrossers are regular customers, and the cafe is one of our OBCZs (official bookcrossing zones) where you can pick up a book for free, take it away, read it and then when you are finished, pass it on to someone else, or even put it back on the shelf at The Kitchen Garden Cafe.

If you would like to find out more about bookcrossing, there is sometimes a bookcrosser or two to be found there on a sunday afternoon.
