"Tabor Public Library is a library with universal holdings and is the regional center of library, bibliographical, and information services for the public libraries of the Tabor district. As stipulated in the Library Law, the library was established to provide equal access for all to the public library, to information services, and to ensure equal access to information and cultural properties that are in the library's holdings.
