All of the basics of marketing are explained in easy-to-understand terms. Love this book! Great for someone who is not comfortable with the concept of marketing, but still wants to get the word out about their business/service. It clarified that marketing is really about sharing your enthusiasm for your product/service with people, the way you'd tell a friend, "you've got to read this book!" ( )
