Detailed Review:
1st 4 chapters:
Basic stuff, well presented. Chapter 3 is "Set Theory", and Chapter 4 is "Counting Techniques", with a quite good explanation of binomial coefficients.
Chapter 5 introduced Bonferroni's inequality to me, I felt the need to look it up as it seems so obvious that one shouldn't have had to wait until the 1930s for a mathematician to discover it. It is discussed in more depth here: http://www.cargalmathbooks.com/24%20Bonferroni%20Inequality.pdf. ( )
