Background: Echo, the bat, has seen something suspicious and terrifying in his cemetery, but is too scared to fide out more. He meets the Bat Pack also known as the Silver kids, who unlike him are brave and want to get to the bottom of the strange occurrences in town. Echo and the Bat Pack take it upon themselves to solve the mystery of the ghost man and what he is up to.

Review: Super cute and stunning mystery for young readers. Roberto Pavanello wrote a wonderful book with Treasure in the Graveyard. As an adult, I was kept on my toes and the mystery was very fun to follow. The illustrations that go along with the book are beautiful and vibrant, any young reader will take to those, if not the story too.
The characters are likable and can relate to children and Echo the bat is smart and adventurous even though he is scared at times. Wonderful read! This is the first book in the Echo and the Bat Pack series, and I highly recommend it.

Capstone Young Readers recommends this read for ages 6-8 years and reading levels of grades 2-3. ( )
