Poem: This peom book descibes animals, nature, and people, places and things. The poems in this book have a creative way of getting someone intested in nature, things, and can even touch someone's heart about a peronal situation such as a child having to pick a mother or father in a divorce settlement. Over all,the poems in this book were cute and I found it hard to pick out any particular one because they were all educational and humorous.

I hought the poems in this book can teach children to become interested in nature, animals, and can even teach a child to be aware of what others could be going through such as a divorce.

These poems definitely teach children to become interested in learning more about things in nature and can even teach children to be considerate of others by teaching them that other children and people can have personal problems that have to be dealt. Children can also learn about the thngs of nature such as an earthquake or how birds fly. After reading these poems children may want to further their knowledge by reading and learning more about what interested them most in this book. ( )

This book is complied with poems about different subjects, such as death, divorce, dating, and other things adsolescents deal with. It shows how a child might feel when dealing with certain problems in their life. It would make a child realize other children may have the same problems that they do.
This plot to the book shows different challenges that an adolescent can face. This book is told by each author that has a poem in the book, since it is a collaboration of poems from differemt authors. The setting of the poems are in every day society. The characters are believible. The theme of each poem was different dealing with different problems of living in the twenty first century. The book had no illustrations, which was different from alll the other types of books I have read. I reallly liked this book it made a lot of sense. I think the young people of today need to have some poems that deal with these problems to help the adolescents of today to cope with everyday life.
This is a book you could use in personal reflections with. It could also be used in discussions of adolescents to see how the students see, the poems in everyday life. ( )
