My tip: don't be scared of the ingredients just because you've never seen or heard of it. Search for it and try out the dish-they're delicious! The flavors are amazing.
This is a great cook book for easy, great tasting and unique recipes. I love to cook for my family or guests using recipes in this book. They are easy to follow, don't take too long and are always fabulous to eat.
