Cyrus is a big more stick by the books kind of guy - he says he's going to do something he does it then that's the end of it. He wanted Tara like he has wanted no other woman but he is stubborn and set in his ways to take what he really wants. He fights it and fights it hard. Tara she is strong and can see through Cyrus but she has to let go because that's what he wants. Lot's of hot steamy juicy sex. Fabulous, Fantastic, Wonderful ending. Can't wait for more of the Steel Brothers. Just so you know you don't have to have read the first 3 books in this series to read this one. However with that said you will still get some info on Jase and Carly. I read this story as part of the Men of Steel boxset. I struggled with the first book of the series but this one was much better. While there were some areas f the book that I struggled with it was a lot more cohesive than Jace's story. I really enjoyed Cyrus and the lengths he went to in taking care of Tara.
I wanted more details on the why Tara counted as well as more of an explanation in regards to Tony. I thought there would be more of an explanation as to how things ended. especially, since it seemed like that would be a catalyst in the story considering the implications of a broken "contract" and seemed natural that he would want retribution.
The writing style is getting better and doesn't seem so stilted and I really like the characters. I definitely will continue and see what is in store for Zandor. (
