This is Rose’s story. She and Seth Daniels knew each other as children but were separated when his family moved west. Seth Daniels own the livery now, doesn’t have very high opinions on love seeing what his mother has been through. He is intimidated by Rose’s inheritance and she is seeing the Deputy Sheriff. Rose and Seth seem to be the most down to earth characters I’ve meet so far. Their story is fun and lighthearted compared to the others we’ve meet so far. We find out a little bit more of Aunt Aumaleigh’s story. This is a good series and recommend it to anyone that enjoys historical romance.
