This story begins with the end. It’s 2000 years since the “Great Catastrophe”, brought about by Kalendorf, known as the Bringer of Death. But how did the catastrophe arise? This story flashes backward and forward as it recounts the end of the story arc involving Kalendorf, Suz, and Alby.
One moment in particular of this story left me completely shocked. I think it was a brilliant move and did not see it coming. I did get a bit muddled occasionally when the time period of the story changed, but overall I kept pace with it. And once again major props to Nicholas Briggs for performing all those Dalek voices (the run-down Dalek was my particular favourite; good effects on that one). ( )
