- The Jewel Merchants - Dingman states 1041 numbered copies; actual limitation page states 1040.
- Guy Holt's 1924 Cabell bibliography, large paper edition -- Dingman states 190 copies; actual limitation page states 100.
- I R Brussel's 1932 Cabell bibliography -- Dingman states "430 copies only, 100 copies on large paper, signed &c". But the actual limitation notice for the UNSIGNED small paper edition states 350. Where did he get 430?? If you add the small and large paper together you get 450, but this bibliography is supposed to take account only of Signed AND Numbered editions, not just numbered. And 450 is not 430.
- The title for 'These Restless Heads' is given as 'The Restless Heads'.
- Although he lists the signed numbered editions of The King Was in His Counting-house (1938), and Hamlet Had an Uncle (1940) he neglects to list The First Gentleman of America (1942) from the same series, also signed and numbered and uniform in binding.
