We get the dynamics of her friendships, relationship with her estranged husband, and her issues with her dad and stepmom. This is written like a young adult or teen novel. The story is good, the characters are mostly likable, and the end awesome. There are so many twist and interweaving of the past and present. I am going right into the second book in the series.
