The plot itself is dark (and I mean DARK), at places even I found it disturbing, but if you enjoy dark romance, then I definitely recommend it. The storytelling was engaging and since page 1 I couldn't put the book down.
The characters were nothing special but were nice to read. Gianna was a bit of a crybaby at the beginning, but really brave and good-hearted. Her independence and power were inspiring at the end, and her relationship with the prisoner was kinda cute.
Draco, oh my god, Draco. Like I hated his abusive ass at the beginning, I despised him, but he ended up being so much more than a cold-hearted killer. And believe me when I say this is the first time I hate the Hero in the book. What he did was fucked up, but I really enjoyed the
