This was not what I was anticipating, although I may be harsh in judging it based on my anticipations. It is very light on the health benefits of only a handful of spices and herbs. Not much information about how to treat or preserve them, either. It gives a selection of blog-type recipes, most of which sound good enough to try, which incorporate a few spices and herbs.
