There is a lot of interesting stuff going on this this volume, but as we get further from the bus accident that kicked off the series some of the tension is dissipating. It's weird that some of the cast is safe and sound at home already and getting on with their lives while others remain in jeopardy, but everyone still gets pretty equal screen time. As another reviewer points out here, there is actually some pretty amazing storytelling going on here as the creators make fascinating use of the graphic novel form, but as a reader I'm having trouble switching gears between what I thought this story was and where it is going.
