My mind was definitely asking from very early “who did what” and even though the reveal was not surprising to me, I still enjoyed the entire book ( ) This book was hyped on Facebook a lot, which is why I read it, but it was just OK. There were a lot of obvious clues trying to point you to believe one theory of the crimes committed. However, it was TOO obvious. A little subtlety goes a long way, instead, the reader is pounded over the head about the possibility. Megan and Chris Miller have recently had a baby girl, and Megan seemingly suffers from postpartum depression. Chris is acting sketchy, and has a secret to hide. When 2 of Chris's former students are found dead, Megan becomes suspicious of her husband. #TellMeImWrong #AdamCroft Any good, psychological thriller is supposed to have at least one amazing twist that pulls it all together in the end. The "twist" is what earned it the 3.5 star rating but... somehow the ending just fell short. I hated the main character, Meghan. She hated her sister...had major issues with her newborn daughter...and came to the conclusion that her husband was a killer with very little evidence. Throughout the entire book her personality was blamed on postmortem depression. Depression or not, you just want to slap her. Overall, it was a quick read and the author has an easy to read writing style. I'll try another of his books. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
